Tendonitis
Tendonitis
Repetitive motion, overuse, or injury can cause inflammation of the tendons in the hand, wrist, or forearm. Our Certified Hand Therapist uses a combination of manual therapy, splinting, and exercise to reduce pain and restore healthy movement.
We also focus on biomechanics and ergonomics, teaching strategies to avoid re-injury and improve efficiency in work and daily activities. With personalized one-on-one care, patients return to their routines with stronger, healthier hands.
Common Types of Tendonitis Treated:
- De Quervain’s tenosynovitis (thumb)
- Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow)
- Medial epicondylitis (golfer’s elbow)
- Flexor or extensor tendon irritation in the wrist/hand
